Devon County Council – Digital Storyboard Competition

This 2D animation, created by Pushed for Devon County Council using After Effects, Illustrator and Premier, serves to explain and advertise this competition. Students will create digital storyboards and the winning submission will be brought to life by City College Plymouth students. This partnership serves as a compelling incentive, giving students the chance to realise their dreams and see the potential available through digital creation. Animation serves as a useful tool for Devon County Council’s purposes, not only because it acts as a real-life example of digital content creation, but also because it effectively engages and entertains the target audience allowing the message to be conveyed quickly. The power of digital storytelling is all around us, and this latest competition allows students to experiment with the endless possibilities!
