International Coffee Day

To celebrate International Coffee Day, we’ve brewed up a fun and dynamic 3D animation that takes you through the journey of coffee, from the moment it hits the cup to the energy it brings to our lives. Starting in black and white, our coffee cup reflects us feeling sluggish and barely awake. Once we’re filled with that magical goodness, our world transforms: colour begins to pour out from the centre of the cup, spreading across the screen and bringing everything to life. By finishing the animation with jumping and spinning around, we’re reminded of the same joy we feel when we take that first sip.

This animation, created using Cinema4D, is more than just a playful nod to our love of coffee. It’s a tribute to the entire journey coffee takes—from the farmers who harvest the beans to the roasters who perfect the flavour, and finally to the baristas who craft each cup. Whether it’s your morning pick-me-up, a break in the middle of a busy day, or an excuse to gather with friends, coffee connects us all in so many ways.
